As Chief/Director of Community Affairs and Programming under the County Executive’s Office, she has led high-profile, complex projects that engage diverse stakeholders, including local and state officials, community leaders, and philanthropic partners. With a proven track record in building lasting partnerships and driving initiatives such as the Census, COVID Outreach, Farmworker Housing Development, Economic Advancement Centers, Farmworker Advisory and Sheriff’s Oversight Commission, she has demonstrated expertise in aligning county programs with community needs and policy goals. Known for her strong leadership, strategic vision, and ability to foster inclusive, transparent dialogue, she excels in ensuring diverse perspectives inform the work of the County/Board of Supervisors.
